Frank Rafter has been promoted to the position of Regional Director, Industrial markets, Americas. Frank's extensive background will serve Buhler well in his new role. Mr. Rafter joined Aeroglide in 2005 with 18 years experience in drying and thermal processing. For the past six years, he has been a Market Manager for America's industrial projects, as well as the leader of the company's highly successful entry into the tobacco and heavy minerals processes around the world. Frank has a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Drexel University, and works out of Buhler Aeroglide's Philadelphia office.
Paul McKeithan has been promoted to Regional Director, Food and Feed markets, Americas. Paul has a tremendous amount of experience in drying and thermal processing. He joined Aeroglide in 1998 as a Field Engineer, where he evaluated hundres of convection conveyor driers all over the world. Since 2004, he was a Market Manager for petfood, aquafeed and snack foods. Paul's articles*have been published in several magazines including Chemical Engineering and Petfood Industry. He is a member of the American Feed Industry Association and serves on the Aquaculture and Equipment Manufacturers committees. He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University and works out of Buhler Aeroglide's headquarters in Raleigh.
