Vibratory Motor Power Consumption
Dears,
nowadays most of vibratory feeders or screens use vibratory unbalanced motor as driver. these motors include unbalanced mass and include base plate to mount on exciting system.
I woulk like to know what is the resistance or its better to say torque on the shaft motor which consume power?
I thought that torque needed to rotate unbalance mass consume power, but I see that for various %of unbalance mass the motor amper is constant!
Meanwhile I have seen in some catalogues of suppliers of unbalanced motor that they have offered for a constant working moment and centrifugal force two motors with different power! ■
