Rock Systems, Inc. has recently developed a new portable blending plant. Available in 2, 3, 4 or 5 hopper compartments, this plant accurately blends different materials. Each hopper measures 14’ x 9’-6” with 20 ton storage capacity for charging with a front-end loader. Roller belt feeders with variable speed drive motors provide precise measuring. A collecting conveyor mounted under the feeders and hoppers delivers the blended materials. All equipment is mounted on a portable chassis with brakes, lights, mud flaps and fifth wheel pin.
