Loadhog Invests

The award winning company, Loadhog Limited, has recently installed a new Motan-Colortronic material handling system.

As part of an ongoing focus on ideas and innovation, Loadhog has installed an energy saving vacuum conveying system, supplying the large tonnage injection moulding machines with materials from bulk storage.

The new state of the art gravimetric blenders also allow full control of the materials and ensure they are dosed accurately therefore saving costly materials and ensuring a quality blend at all times.

“After evaluating the market for our large investment, we are very pleased with the choice we made of Motan-Colortronic” states Rob Deakin of Loadhog Limited.

“From the outset the Motan-Colortronic team took time to understand our requirements, offered us a great innovative system and delivered with every box ticked. The whole project has been managed very professionally with no problems, which has been a great bonus for us through what has been a very busy time. Knowing that we have this kind of support 20 minutes away gives me great piece of mind. Karl Miller and David Manderfield have been a pleasure to work with, as have the rest of the Motan-Colortronic team. I will have no hesitation in recommending the company to others in our business. They will definitely be hearing from Loadhog Limited again.”
