GIMAT’ s flexible conveyors allow to easily and efficiently carry and dispatch both small and large quantities of raw materials in the following states: powders, granules, mixtures, and flakes. These conveyors are made with nine different nylon tubes dimensions and the capacities have a range from 120 kg/hours to 8000 kg/hour.
The actual capacity is related to:
•Material smoothness and bulk density
•Drawing inclination
•Type of drawing: hopper (as indicated in the picture),drum, etc..
This system is able to:
•Convey various material with equal efficiency
•Mix when it conveys and not pollute since it is mechanical
•Get over remarkable differences in height and considerable lengths
•Be easily inserted into existing plants
•Be a basic element for numerous combinations
GIMAT’s flexible conveyors have the followings buildings features:
•Flexible conveyor hose in nylon
•Rotating spiral in heat-treated harmonic steel
•Electric motor with 6 or 4 poles with an additional speed reducer if necessary
•Motor insulation implemented by means of static and dynamic seal rings
•Pulling shaft, to which the rotating spiral is fixed, supported by ball-bearings
•Easy removal of the electric motor thanks to the link with the entrainer shaft without axial fixing
•Easy cleaning thanks to hatches placed in the drawing and discharge manifold
•Construction in stainless steel AISI 304 or 316 on request
