Calcium Carbonate Drying Line Needed

We are a Calcium Carbonate mining company here in Indonesia on the island of Belitung. We currently sell C.C. in the form of noodle and pressed cakes, semi-dry. We also have a small tunnel drying plant but it does not meet our capacity or market requirements. Our current drying plant takes semi-processed C.C. in noodle form at a 35% moisture level and dries it through a convection tunnel system to a dryness of 2% before grinding into powder form.

We would need a drying system with a capacity of 5MT/hour at a 2% moisture level. Any information would be helpful. Thank you in advance.

Our Principal Allgaier Werke GmbH , could offer the drying that you are looking for. We have supplied Drum dryer to Calcium Carbonate factory in Indonesia to dry the raw material moisture down to 2 %. if you give us an opportunity to offer it, please lets us know your adresss so that we can discuss internaly for your own application.
