MINIDOSING VOLUMETRIC AND GRAVIMETRIC FEEDER CONTROL UNIT
ALGO GmbH electronic systems is pleased to present MINIDOSING, a new family of control units for volumetric or gravimetric feeding of bulk materials, foods, chemicals, liquids and similar products. The recently designed Hardware platform has been developed taking care of more than 20 years of knowledge of feeding and conveying processes in a wide variety of production lines. Its well established predecessor "UNILINE" remains in production and won't be discontinued, it's still currently and successfully used in hundreds of applications worldwide.
With MINIDOSING, the cost / benefit ratio has been further improved with OEM volumetric boards starting at a retail unitary price of EURO 650 (qty. 100 and above). About the technical aspect much focus has been given to the connectivity with PLC systems in order to allow the best integration and management of the feeder in the production context. The available communication protocols allow to manage the feeder over Modbus TCP, RTU, Profibus DP directly with the main control PLC. For standard applications a complete plug and feed system including control units and supervisory computer will also be released soon.
We are looking for technical distributors able to independently support the final client in the following countries and areas :
East Europe, India, China, Latin America and Italy.
