You should be able to mix that with a medium intensity Cowles-type impeller blade(s) in a container -somewhat like liquid paint mixing. You may need to consider a flocculating chemical ingredient for suspension of small but dense iron ore particle solids in the mixture, and/or a surfactant to keep particles that may tend to want to agglomerate in separation after shear mixing. ■
Making Iron Ore Powder Slurry
we would like make a homogenize slurry from iron ore powder with below specification:
1- particle size: max. 60 micron
2- moisture content: 5-12%
3- capacity: 200 t/h
because of misture content and fine size, particles clogged and they are not mix with water very easy.
as there any experience for this application?
is it possible to segregate particles on wet screen by water jet nozzles?
should we use mixer? what kind of blade we should use?
should we use washing drum such as ball mill?
any solution??????? ■
