Wheel Stopper for Screen

hi to all ,

we are providing wheels in a screen for the purpose of moving the screen to the crane area while maintenance is required.i wanted to to know how can i stop the movement of wheel when screen is in operating condition.wheel is running in a 63 sq.bar rail.

pls suggest me some options for the above mentioned problem

we have similar screen. what we do is lift the screen with jack bolt and bolt it to the base with packing plate between base plate and screen mounting plate.whem screen neede to be moved remove the bolts, jack the screen slightly,then remove the packing plate and then lower the screen on rails.

Can you provide wedges both at front and back of all the wheels?

Try simple rigid links and tie it to the fixed point ■
