Tanks can be lined with Rubber. The thickness and quality of the Rubber is determined by the application.

Have u ever used the alumina ceramic liner . it can meet all ur requirement. and it has very competitive. coz we are the source.

As far as I knew the only difference between IMO requirement and ADR/ASME requirement was the extra little fish marking "Marine Pollutant" if applicable. What precisely is your concern? I interpret PE rotational way as being similar to Polyethylene - applied by rotational moulding. Please advise.
