We are Turkish company that our scope of job is on construct cement plants. According to our experience,

FOR 3000 TON/DAY CEMENT CAPACITY

cost of Machinery : 55 000 000 USD

cost of Civil works : 28 000 000 USD

cost of electrical and automation: 17 000 000 USD

cost of Erection : 30 000 000 USD

cost of Transport and ınsurance : 5 500 000 USD

cost of Supervision and project : 7 500 000 USD

cost of training : 3 500 000 USD

time period for turnkey and comissioning is : 16 month

electrical work must finish in 12. month because must run local units which are finished. For examle runs crusher and stockhol for crushing and stocking raw materials. When plants is start comissioning need raw materials.
