Caretex introduce its patent pending fluidizing discharge system - Jet-Flow ™, which is an option to be incorporated in all their liners, whether it is a liner intended for 20 or 40 ft ISO standard container or a 30 ft top load container.
Some dry bulk products are difficult or have even been considered impossible to discharge from a container liner because the material characteristic is non-free flowing. Using a liner equipped with Jet-Flow ™ features increases the number of materials now being suitable for transport in a dry bulk liner. Discharge of such products becomes as easy as any free flowing materials. When used in connecting with discharge of products which normally is considered as being non-problematic the Jet-Flow ™ system provides reduced discharge times.
To use Jet-Flow ™ is as simple as “plug and blow”.
At the door end of the container the external pressurized gas source is easily connected to the Jet-Flow ™ valve. When activated the built-in perforated semi-rigid hoses distribute the fluidized gas inside the liner and thereby make the material flow towards and through the discharge opening of the container liner.
Caretex Director, Dennis Winther Jorgensen comment that the Jet-Flow ™ liner is basically designed as an aerate system which reduces the specific bulk density of the materials inside the liner and thereby improves the flow ability of the product. This significantly reduces the unloading time and increases the safety in relation to the discharge process due to a lower response angle and thereby that the required tilting angle of the container is reduced.
Caretex Jet-Flow liner is effectively and instantly cutting the receivers handling and unloading costs without compromising the safety factor during unloading. The used technology is beneficial for many new industries for which bulk transportation in ISO standard containers was not an option.
