I'm seeking out the vibration screen for separating the grain size 75micromet (200mesh'), the following is our information:
1. Description about the feed material:
- Mineral name: Zircon silicate (ZrSiO4)
- Specific gravity: 4.6 – 4.7 tons/m3
- Bulk density: 3 – 3.2 tons/m3
- Hardness: 7.5 in Mohr’ scale
- Grain size: D50 < 75micro (200mesh’); D98 = 125micro
- visualization: it is similar to the beach sand, but the grain size is lower and the density is higher
2. Requirement for the vibration screen: We will load the feed material to the vibration screen to take the grain size lower 75micro (200mesh)
- Feed capacity: 950 kg per hour
