Duct Liner for Abrasive Material

Dears,

as you know in cement industry abrasion in dedusting duct is a problem that I have seen about just 6 months after commisioning, ducts of cement product will corroded thoroughly and they close the holes with gypsum!

Suggestions?

1- is there any anti abrasive meterial for pipes or ducting of dedusting system?

2- is there any liner for ducting?

3- can we use "Densite" for small pipe diameter? how?

4- can we use "Densite" at the outer surface of ducts?

Meanwhile is there any relation between "dust load" and allowable velocity of gas in dedustin ducts?

Hello Masoomeh, you can make the best linings to the duct with Densit.

You can make internal inside diameter to pipes as small as 25mm and upto

5000mm in ducts.

We make duct in coolers/mills/filters/clinker/coal and all materials on the cement plant.
