Explosion at St. Charles Parish grain silo

DESTREHAN, La. (AP) - St. Charles Parish officials are investigating an explosion at a grain silo.

Officials say around 1:30 a.m. Thursday there was an explosion at the ADM Grain Company in Destrehan.

No injuries were reported and authorities say a small fire was quickly contained.

The cause of the explosion is still under investigation.
