If I recall correctly - the effective angle of friction at the corresponding (i.e. depth etc) consolidation pressure - such as for stockpiles etc.

Simplest would be drained angle of repose. ■

Reclaim Angle
Hey,
How do you guys find the reclaim angle for a flat bottom bin.
After the entire product is emptied through a hopper on the bottom of the bin, what angle does the remaining product make with the horizontal. Assume no ratholing.
I have read that it is between the effective angle of internal friction and the static angle of internal friction. Anyone got a better estimate??? ■
