whats the best way of designing a fan, what parameters do you have to consider?

regards,

The primary items are:

The number of employees working in a given area and the temperature of that area while the system is operating as there are minimum levels of ventilation required per employee which

translates to the minimum of cubic feet per minute of fresh air delivered per person.

Ideally to reduce dust is to either contain it in the product stream or vacuum it away from a work area with adequate air exchange per minute vacuuming dirty air out and repalcing it with clean fresh air.

You have to tell us what and where in the mill!!!

Adequate ventilation is a cement mill is a must to the hazardous dust created by crushing, grinding and operating of the kiln itself, the loading and unloading the storage bins and especially dealing with the bagging of cements, and especially the coal handling system and the dust it generates as it is dangerous as well.
