Thanks for your message. I have visited your company website, but I would be more interested if the company can provide us with atleast some of the major items from the following:

Dear Mr. Prasad,

Thank you for your attention. It is Sophia Wang from DETDC in China, which company is involving in the manufacturing of magnetic lining plate, that works as the completlly subsistution of traditional manganese lining plate inside the ball mill.

Compared with traditional manganese lining plate, magnetic lining plate takes below advantages:

•Long life, which is about 4-6 times better than that of a high manganese lining plate;

•Price of each set magnetic lining plate is equivalent with that of high manganese lining plate;

•Small unit volume, easy to install and need not be maintained.

The mill’s work rate is increased by 3-4%;

•Lightweight, reducing the burden of the mill. At the same time, the power consumption is lowered by 4-7%;

•Thin profile, to enlarge the mill volume and improve the mill output

capacity;

•Crushed medium is attached to the lining surface, so that the grinding condition is improved and the medium consumption is lowered by 5-7%;

•Shielding lowers noise;

•Magnetic lining plate can work over 10 years successively.
