“Letter to JVI Vibratory Equipment Customers”

Dear Valued Customer:

JVI Vibratory Equipment specializes in engineering and manufacturing a broad line of custom vibratory equipment including electromechanical and electromagnetic pan and tube feeders, dosing feeders, screening and grizzly machines, conveyors and spiral elevators.

Over the past few years, some progressive changes have occurred at JVI. In September 2005, the principals of JVI purchased all the outstanding shares of Joest GmbH, our former partner and European entity. This strategic move enabled JVI to become a wholly owned and operated US corporation and allowed JVI to focus on providing state of the art vibratory equipment to customers worldwide.

As JVI has continued to grow and service new and existing customers, *we have also upgraded our manufacturing and service facilities in Houston, Texas. This change has enabled the company to more effectively focus on its strengths in core markets in North America as well as international markets. In 2005, with the buyout of our former partner, we also changed our name from JVI Joest Vibratech, Inc. to JVI Vibratory Equipment Company.

JVI Vibratory Equipment is now operated as an independent company that continues to serve diverse industries such as steel, mining, coal, chemical, recycling, cement, foundry and food.

We thank you for your interest over the years in JVI vibratory equipment. It is our pledge to continue to provide application specific vibratory feeders and screening machines that are field proven to be unsurpassed in quality and performance.

JVI’s extensive scope of supply and experience over the past decades makes us ideally suited to meet your demanding and exact material handling requirements. We sincerely thank you for the opportunity to serve you over the years and welcome the opportunity to discuss any current projects you are working on.

Please do not hesitate to contact us regarding your future vibratory equipment needs and replacement parts for all previous JVI projects.

Best Regards,

Rob Bishop
