The range of new load cells feature improved specifications and are designed for industrial weighing applications to measure from a few milligrams and up to 500 tons. The load cells are produced in stainless steel, hermetically sealed (IP68) and available in ATEX versions.

The new digital weighing modules are released in both standard and ATEX versions with connectors for up to 4 digital load cells. The modules feature integrated diagnostics, configurable digital filters and RS485, Profibus DP, DeviceNet, EtherNet/IP, 4-20 mA and 0-10 Vdc outputs.
The new load cells and modules result in a digital measurement chain that offers plug-and-play installation while eliminating drift and in-accuracies found in analog circuits.

New Overload Tolerant Load Cells for Industrial Applications
Eilersen is now releasing a new generation of shockproof digital load cells and weighing modules.
The new load cells are based on a capacitive measurement principle which tolerates shocks, torsion and very high overloads and sideloads (up to 1.000% of Rated Capacity). These characteristics eliminate the need for mechanical overload protection which reduces the installation and maintenance costs.
