The Railside Car Shaker is a permanently mounted vibration system designed to speed the loading and unloading of bulk material from railcars.

It works especially well on coal and there are many proven installations available as referrals.

The NAVCO Railside Car Shaker is very useful in loosening material from the walls of the rail car. The high-amplitude / low frequency vibratory energy developed by the drive mechanism has proven most effective in producing positive and complete material movement.

The unit can be operated by one person from a remote location, and can easily be integrated into an automated process.

There are pneumatic and electric models, as well as a roller model for moving captive cars. .

There is also a demo model available for testing on location.
