Clinker is normally hard and abrasive. Looking at feeding and product size [5" and 1/2"], cone cursher cannot be used in single stage.

Available options would be Hammer Mill [Will have high wear & tear. Also, will generate hgher fines.] or two stages of Roll Crushers with intermediate screening. [Best option in terms of wear & tear as well as less fines. But capital cost will be high].

Please inform what % of product should be passing through 1/2" [12 mm] sieve.

another possibility to handle the abrasive factor and help reduce excessive high wear costs is a

ROR or ROCK ON ROCK vertical shaft impactor

perfect for this type of material. Yields a nice CUBICAL PRODUCT, very reasonable cost per ton for wear and much lower capital cost on the onset vs say a high speed cone which will also yield a cubical product and higher tons per hr....but, also higher capital initial investment.
