Russell Finex showcases market-leading sieving and filtration equipment at Interpack 2008 (Hall 3, Stand B22)

Demonstrating its position as an originator of fine mesh separation technology, Russell Finex will arrive at Interpack 2008 with an array of its finest sieves and filters. In total, six machines will be displayed, including two working units which will reveal just how effective Russell equipment is at removing oversized contaminants.

A working demonstration model of the Compact 1500, Russell Finex’s largest available check screener, will be on display, along with the groundbreaking Vibrasonic® Deblinding System. Using a patented Spiroscreen, the Vibrasonic® Deblinding System effectively eliminates mesh blinding from the mesh screen, allowing the Compact 1500 sieve to check screen ingredients and material more effectively than ever. Being shown for the first time at Interpack, the Compact 1500 is an ideal unit for safety screening food powders.

Also being featured as a full working model will be the Horizontal Eco Filter 502 with its award-winning design. Perfect for most liquids including chocolate, this filter continuously removes oversize contamination, improving the quality of final products. In fact, chocolate manufacturers throughout the world have turned to the Russell Finex to filter chocolate at all hazard points. Easy assembly and disassembly makes the unit ideal for product changeovers and cleaning by operators. This, in turn, increases productivity and significantly reduces labour costs.

Other units being showcased are the Blow-Thru Sieve, the Compact 3in1, the Finex Separator 30” as well as the Vertical Eco Filter 603. Video demonstrations of most of these units will be shown on audio visual equipment at the stand.

The Blow-Thru Sieve, the latest addition to Russell Finex’s product portfolio, has been specifically developed to check-screen powder during dilute-phase positive pressure conveying. The separator ensures incoming ingredients or final products leaving a plant are free from any contamination. Its unique design allows the sieve to achieve phenomenal throughput rates, enabling processors to screen material as they load or unload tankers or silos without slowing the process. As with all Russell equipment, FDA approved materials and polished surface finishes are available for food applications.

The Compact 3 in 1 sieve is designed for low-level bag-emptying and check-screening of raw materials in the food industry, where operator protection is essential and product quality must be beyond criticism. It effectively safeguards the health of operators with a comfortable bag tipping height and dust hood to contain airborne particles.

Adding to the mix will be the Finex Separator 30” which offers the ability to accurately grade wet or dry materials up to 5 fractions. With reduced noise levels, ease of operation and maintenance, this machine is ideal for almost all grading requirements.

Finally, the Vertical Eco Filter 603 will be on display and it is a prime example of Russell Finex’s excellence in filtration technology. Totally enclosed like its horizontal counterpart, this filter removes all oversize contamination with virtually no operator involvement.

With this impressive wide range of machinery on display, Russell Finex is expecting high visitor traffic at Interpack 2008. Ray Singh, Sales and Marketing Director, affirms ‘Interpack 2008 is an important exhibition for us to attend and it provides us with the opportunity to proudly demonstrate our products. We welcome all visitors to the stand as we are confident we can provide a solution to almost any filtration, screening or separation need.’

Highly experienced Russell Finex representatives and engineers will be manning the stand and will be ready to answer any questions in a variety of languages including English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Flemish, Dutch and Chinese. In addition, two of Russell Finex’s top executives will be on hand. Luc Serneels, General Manager of the Belgian headquarters, and Martin Chipperfield, General Sales Manager of the UK office, will be present. Luc oversees operations in Central and Eastern Europe, whereas Martin is responsible for the UK, Northern and Southern Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Africa. Together, they possess over 30 years of valuable experience in the industry.

Interpack 2008 will be held from April 24th-30th in Düsseldorf, Germany. The Russell Finex stand can be found in Hall 3 at Stand 22.
