we have developed a new technology, to enlarge your existing vertical kilns, we have enlarged over 100 kilns in China. the way to is like this, to cut the existing upper part of kiln, enlarge the diameter, so the clinker output is increased, the largest kiln we can modify is from 3mx11m to 3.6mx11m. for example, if your existing vertical kiln is 2.5mx10m, then we can enlarge it to 3mx10m, the minimum clinker output is 10t per hour. you only need to cost a few money and you can get much more profit.
