ValvEngineering SRL is proud to announce the creation of a new company supplying sanitary valves for the Pharmaceutical industry. We are based in Tuscany, Italy in an area well known for the excellence of its mechanical engineering.
Our product range includes:
•butterfly valves from 100mm (4") up to 400mm (16")
•flow control valves (Oyster Flowmaster)
•valves for tablets (Oyster Flexivane)
• and innovative solutions for high containment connections and powder transfer
•sample valves
•certified sight glasses
•customized flanges, pipes and fittings.
All Oyster branded sterile valves have been updated to improve operation and simplify maintenance, and feature the innovative use of materials where appropriate. The valve design incorporates all current best practice to ensure optimal hygienic and functional characteristics, minimise weight and space, and eliminate recesses with hard-to-clean corners.
Oyster valves by ValvEngineering are available either as a standard product off-the-shelf or else as part of a fully customised installation designed to fit the exact end-user requirements. They can be supplied manually operated or with the end-user specified actuators. They are available with all the standard mountings including a Tri-Clamp version.
As well as our standard products we offer a full design service, valve engineering consultancy services and a valve renovation service to prolong the service life of valves already in use, and we will be happy to quote to provide a solution for any one-off plant-specific valve-related problem.
