Posted in: , on 21. Dec. 2007 - 13:08

Dear All,

We are setting up a recycling plant in middle east for recycling construction & demolition waste...the total incoming material comprises of 50 - 60 % excavated sand and balnce is broken RCC pieces.

I would like to know whether there is any company who can provide a plant set up for processing this material. Also if there is any reputed consultancy firm who can help us designing the facility layout.

Thanks,

Cdw Recycling Plant

Dear sir:

My firm can help you both design a suitable C&D recycling system, and I can recommend a core technology that provides a highly efficient sorting system to recover over 90% of all materials (if desired). Plants in the US utilize these systems and recover over 95% of materials as usable fractions to sell.

I personally specialize in material handling and processing systems (sands, metals, C&D wastes, etc.) and currently assist engineering on equipment slated for installation in Oman, Egypt, and Malaysia.

Please send detailed contact information and specifications to jlewis@nkteng.com, and I will send you intoductory information on the suppliers and our firm.

Thanks for your interest, and I look forward to your reply.

Dear Sujeet

We got the advice about your inquiry about a Recycling Plant for Construction Demolition Waste. You are planning to install such a plant in the Middle East.

We are a German manufacturer of Recycling and Crushing Plants of all dimension, up to the world largest Recycling Plants. We can handle all necessary processeses and components of a plant, such like prescalping, crushing, metal separation, screening, wind shifting, etc., including the engineering. If desired, we can build up a turn-key plant in the Middle East.

I would be pleased if we might talk about your project personally. As I am frequently in the Middle East I suggest a near term meeting at your site. Maybe you can give me some first basic data about your project.

Kind regards
