Hello all,

I am looking for Technical Information on "Hoshe-Tungsten Multi Blade belt scrapers". I am in Australia so if anyone knows a Distributor of this Make and Model I would appreciate if you'd let me know.

tungsten carbide tip blade .

scraper works on 3 principles

1.paint scraper principle-blade inclined against belt direction

2.sprung blade principle-indivisual blade segments,are mounted on blade indivisual holders.

3.automatic adj. fun.-elastomount is used to adjust blade position against the normal wear . ■

I have a Hosch catalogue before me which clearly states that there is a representative for these excellent cleaners in Malaga. Lyle Brown's reply was effective enough to close the thread, or must we listen to dozens more cover versions. ■

WITHIN THIS PERIOD THE SCRAPER BLADES FITTED WITH TUNGSTEN CARBIDE TIPS MAY HAVE TO BE REPLACED ANYWHERE BETWEEN 2-4 YEARS DEPENDING UPON THE THROUGHPUT, MATERIALS CHARACTERISTICS, BELT SPEED, AND OTHER CONVEYING PARAMETERS.
