Question is pretty vague. What kind of cement? What speed, tonnage, width, et al.

Are you asking about buildup influence on:

1. idler roll lifes

2. power loss

3. vibration problems with ifler frames, structural compliance or formation of material volcanoes

6" pipe and air velocity 100ft/s. considering mositure of the cement. it may stick on the insider wall of the pipe.

Since you have asked the question in pneumatic conveying forum I would assume you are talking about pneumatic conveying not belt or pipe conveyors? and at 30 m/s the velocity will be bit high for them .

If this is the case and you are using dry air for conveying then cement does not build in the pneumatic conveying pipes under normal conditions. What is the moisture content of your cement ? that you are worried about.
