Coal Washery Plant

Dear Alls,

Any body can suggest me to find out washing plant effeciency ?

My plant is using Baum Jig made in China and dewatering screen.

Tailing is retected from Jig with bucket elevator, and middling/consentrate will be collected as products. The question is how to increase production with minimize ash?. Plant capacity is 100 TPH. So far our coal recovery yield 70% with ash lower than 12%.

Any idea ?

Dear Eddie,

How are you??

Jigs are great equipments to remove the heavy density material.regarding your question you have to answer a few questions of mine.

What is the size fraction you are washing?? What is the capacity you require from the plant in mtph. Do you have sieve analysis of coal and their washability reports?? What is the desired ash of the clean coal and the yeild. Send me these details most importantly the feed analysis of coal and I shall be able to work out from a very sophisticated software a flowsheet for you and generate a list of equipments required.

I hope your new plant is also to be established in china.

Send me the details at sandeep@enestee.com and i shall come back to you soon.
