Re: Mill Capacity Vs Feed Rate
Its a joke to ask for free engineering. The forum is for assistance on opinion in technical matters, shared experiences, and corrections to perceptions.
Your request for free engineering is an insult. It says you are not willing to pay for somebodies time. Therefore, they have little value. As is said many times, you get what you pay for.
There may be a rug out there which is made for stepping on. Keep up the hope. ■

Regardless of any cunning hidden agenda this question can be integrated against time when it equates to "How much beer will fit into a pint glass?"
Cheers! ■

I Got The Ans
Ball mill ( limestone Grinding ) capacity is 300 tph with 9.0% residue on 90 mic sieve. Then, what should be feed rate (tph) to the mill. I hered that 1.5*capacity of the mill is feed rate to the mill. Its true?
Ans: Yes its true, Desired product of the mill is 300tph with 9.0% residue on 90 mic sieve at mill Outlet.
So the feed rate to the mill is 1.5*300 =450tph, Where,150tph of ungrinded material (More than 100 mic size) will recycle to the Mill again through Separator reject.
