Additional Information:

1- The screw conveyor will be installed under the hopper of the bag filter with inside pressure about -90 mbar and the rotary airlock will be situated at the outlet product of the screw conveyor.

2- Density of raw meal is about 1200-1300 kg/m3

3- Size of dust should be conveyed 80% below 90 micron. And particles are dry with temperature about 240 deg. C (in direct operation of kiln) and 120 deg. C (in compound operation of kiln and raw mill)

4- Flange of hopper of bagfilter will be designed according to flange of screw conveyor.

5- The zone isn't explosive.

6- The conveyor is horizontal. length=6500 mm
