JVI heavy duty electromagnetic vibratory feeder installed under a storage bin in a "loss in weight" application to precisely meter 300 tph of DRI (direct reduced iron, nominal 3/4" diameter, 120 pcf) pellets on to a belt conveyor. The feeder is 48" wide x 60" long with chrome carbide abrasion resistance liners. This installation features JVI's unique integrated chutework package with the feeder, static chutework and suspension hardware mounting to the bottom of the hopper as a single package which reduces engineering and installation costs.
