Powders can be sourced from wands, bag breaks, bulk bag unloaders or bins. As powder is vacuumed into module, the fill level is controlled by gain in weight. Dispensing of batches is controlled through a loss in weight methodology. Integrated live bin densifies and conditions solids before entering volumetric feed zone. This conditioning of powder provides great powder control in feeder section.
Modules can be arranged in a radial fashion or inline. Each module consists of a tool free take apart quick clean vacuum filter receiver with live bin discharger, precision volumetric feeder, unitary mount frame and scale set. Everything is pre mounted, assembled, wired and tested before shipping. Sizes range from 2” diameter line size to 4” diameter line size. Batch size range is infinite with accuracy to .1 of one pound. Designed for food, dairy and chemical applications.
