there are many brands and types of sizers decide whether you want to screen to size or crush to size first then you can decide what to follow. ■

I'm a little fuzzy about what you said,I can't tell what the difference between screen to size and crush to size.
Sizers , a word coined during 1970s, means " Twin Shaft Mineral Sizer possess the deep scroll tooth pattern, which has a screen effect when it breaks the material".
I think you mean screen to size is: a banana screen+ crusher. And "the crusher to size" is Sizers, right
The following Picture is the MMD'S SIZERS, what I wannt to know is how many factory produce this kind of sizers in the world. I only know 1. Thyssen Krupp 2. MMD 3. AUBEMA 4. ABON 5. T.R.M . These 5 company pruduce it.
I want to know more brand in the world~~~

sizer is a relative term so dont confuse your self about it as it could mean a grizzly, bar screen, banana screen, or elliptical screen, wet screener for driling mud, a food grader sizer so it is a relative term. ■

What makes you say Penncrusher and Rexnord are the best?, or are you talking in general or about mineral Sizers, if Mineral sizers I did not realise Rexnord Manufactured Sizers.

A crusher breaks rock. A screen classifies rock to various size groups.
Sizers have become a trade name for a type of crusher that breaks rock and restrict passing above a critical size associated with the clearance between roller tangs, teeth, picks, and their apertures interacting with the tangs.
The critical distinction is the clearance and geometry of the tang or pick.
High pressure grinding rolls can have teeth or tangs. Some could argue they pick at the rock. They are not called sizers.
Penn crusher does the same with a slightly larger tooth or tang and appertures.
My guess is MMD probably has the distinction of naming the “sizer”. Maybe, someone has more to add.
Some do not use teeth but apply a similar action with a rollers or cam sets. This group is a cross between a wobbler and roll crusher. Abon makes such as system.
Wobblers can have inline roller corrugations or cams that masticate and pass through clay but do not crush rock with any strength. Instead, large rock is passed over the rolls ■
How many sizers brand in the world?
I have noticed that there are many different brands of sizers (a special two roll shaft crusher) in the world . But it is my belief that only a small part. Maybe many other brand sizers I didn't know.
