We are proud to present you the LaborSaveTM.

For the first time in the world, a fully automatic sack opening and emptying machine.

More then 1300 sack per hour with just one operator!!!

The loading of the full pallets by forklift operator. And unloading of the empty pallet is done automatically.

Everything else is performed without any human intervention. Each cycle, LaborSaveTM mechanically grabs a layer of sacks,

(it's doesn't mater for the LaborSaveTM – the orientation, position, No' of sacks per leyer and the kind of sacks)

slits the sacks without any loss of contents, and empties the sacks into a hopper, assuring complete utilization of the contents.

The LaborSaveTM handles an average of four/five layers per minute.

The use of mechanical grabbers facilitates the handling of most types of sacks:

plastic, paper and burlap - single or multi-layered - filled with granular or powdered products.

LaborSaveTM enables the handling of most methods of sack arrangement on the pallet, and inclinations of up to 25 cm.

up to 99.99% of the contents are collected in most cases, reducing wastage.

The cutting is very sharp and clean with out any contamination.

LaborSaveTM is controlled by a menu-driven, user-friendly automatic control system, enabling the control of system parameters.

LaborSaveTM has a level sensor in the hopper to pause the cycle when it is full.
