Looking for a self-propelled floating crane with grabs - new/second hand - to carry out the loading/un-loading cargo operations (lightening) at one of the minor port anchorage in India. The crane has to position alongside the vessels upto the size of Panamax and load/discharge cargo from/into barges.

The intended cargo is that of soya bean meal, fertilisers like urea, DAP & MOP. Due to shallow waters ashore, it will be beneficial if the draft of the pontoon on which the crane is mounted is minimum. The crane has to be robust because it has to operate in monsoon weather for about four months of the year.
