Dear sirs,

In one of the power plant project, we are firing wood chips (Casurina, Euclayptus, Cotton stalks) for firing. The size acceptable for the AFBC boiler is 6mm and below 6mm. We are using 150mm dia x 800mm long wood as raw material.

In the standard chippers and shredders available in India the top size of 25mm is unaviodable. The wood chips less than 6mm size will be around 70% and the remaining 30% will be above 6mm. But above 6mm size should not be fed to the boiler.

Can you suggest some chippers / shredders which can guaratee below 6mm product size, also suggest some alternative ways to screen or crush the wood chips. If there are methods can you furnish the name and contact addresses of the companies who are making such machines.

Regards
