On the contrary; there is no nouse required to make a rotary valve with a 50cc shot capacity, putting it at the bottom of a little hopper & turning it as fast as you can place the bottles & put the lids back on: which is the tricky part & depends on your bank balance. In your situation speed is inversly proportional to cost, or thereabouts.

If we don't know the particle & neck dimensions we are a bit gobsmacked. Almost as gobsmacked as being challenged to consider 50kg as bulk material.

...John, thanks for the responce, greatly appreciated.

If you knew the price of this stuff you would understand why these small amounts are termed ''bulk'' ;-))

Is there a picture or link to these small fillers?

I should mention, the bran is only a carrying agent.
