American Process Systems, Member Eirich Group, is pleased to introduce our newly patented, ergonomically friendly ELEVATION STATION® designed to eliminate the need for stairs or mezzanines. With the Elevation Station®, our wide range of mixing equipment; paddle blenders, combination paddle / ribbon blenders, ribbon blenders and fluidizing paddle blenders, can be conveniently loaded and discharged at floor level. By simply lowering the selected mixer to the floor level, an operator can safely and comfortably introduce raw ingredients into the blender at OSHA approved height regulations.
Upon completion of the loading and blending cycle, the blender is raised by the Elevation Station® providing a discharge elevation convenient for loading boxes, drums, bags or other containers.
The economic benefits of this hydraulically powered dump and discharge mixer lift system are many:
• Neither mezzanines nor platforms are required, saving valuable plant space.
• Only one operator is necessary for both loading and unloading the blenders.
