CAN ANY BODY SEND ME THE THEORY OF BOLTS AND NUTS WHICH INCLUDES, APPLICATION PURPOSE, TYPES OF BOLTS, AND FAILURE ANALYSIS OF BOLTS.

Certainly. On application..

For aeronautical purposes: select the correct grade bolt with the specified finish:take a nut of the correct type and grade for the carefully selected washer assembly and tighten in 2 stages using a calibrated torque wrench. Then pray 'cause you're still not sure.

For mechanical applications: select a standard bolt and nut; tighten onto a spring washer using a ring spanner and a bit of pipe, if one is handy; until it won't go any tighter. Keep your eye on it.

For a civil job: choose a slightly oversize nut and screw down until finger tight;preferably cross threaded as well; and expect it all to rust together. Go down to the pub.

They all work in their own way.
