Dear All,

Is it possible to have a Stacker Reclaimer unit suitable for 5000 TPH stacking and 7000 TPH Reclaiming?? Or will the stacking rate will always be higher than the reclaiming rate??

If some on e ca please clear this for me

there is no hard and fast rule that stacking rate should be higher than reclaiming.

machines are designed for required stacking and reclaiming rate

Generally stacking rates are higher as they are based on incomming material receipt rate

Reclaiming is generally used for sending the material for production and reclaiming capacity is based on plant consumption basis

for example in power plant stacking capacity is based on wagon tippler unloading capacity, where as reclaiming is governed by coal consumption in power plant per hour.
