According to the size of powder and your requirement, flash dryer is the right dryer for your project.

It is a small equipment, it is cheap to import from China or manufacture in Canada.

Atritor Ltd, Coventry, England are experts in continuous drying of powders, particularly heat-sensitive materials which need to be agitated to expose maximum surface in the shortest time to keep product temperatures low - typically <60degC. Various degrees of agitation are available in 3 main designs. AST Air Swept Tubular dryer - low energy ; Atritor Dryer-Pulveriser - medium energy ; Cell Mill-Dryer-De-agglomerator - high energy. Assuming you want to preserve the particle size a low or medium energy may be better.

Could you clarify whether the capacity you mention refers to the wet feed or the dry product?
