I agree in this system their is no eccentric loading on load cells of the bin and also no impact of material on the wagons,
I donot understand how 3000 ton capacity silois not required.
Basically we need big silo for storage of material for 1 rake. And it is not possible to feed this rate by conveyor
Are they provide two silsos of 50 percent capacity. I am not clear kindly explain the system

dear mr. singh, thanks for your reply,please find below the description of the system in nutshell.-
instead of 3000t conc. silo there is now 300 t surge bin which has got 4 nos. of oulets of 1210 mm sq.,,the reclaiming facility should be around 2200-2400 tph,the level in the silo system will be hooked up with the feeding conveyor,below this surge bin there will be a 100 ton weigh bin,the bottom of this weigh bin shall be attached with retractable type loading chute having 1524 mm sq. size.

Demand of rapid load out systems in india
the demand for rapid load out system in india to load coal,ore and other minerals in wagons is on rising,due to the following reasons.
1.due to the increase in demand for coal,ore by power and steel plant has risen 6 times.
2.indian railway is giving now 4 hours to load the entire racke,earlier the number of hours were 10 then 6-7 and now finally 4.
3.due to the shortage of wagons
4. the pollution department is thinking to stop the loading of wagons by dumpers very soon due to the pollution .
in past, for loading of wagons.swing type chute was introduced in rapid load out systems,due to the eccentric forces by the action of this chute failure in load cells was too much and also due to the impact of material from this chute on the axle of wagons was too much.
