The new company, formed by a management led buyout in conjunction with external financial backing, has acquired the facilities, employees, intellectual property, brand names and product range of Kemutec Group Ltd.
The Kemutec name is one of the most respected in the Powder Processing Industry and it’s range of Powder Processing & Handling Equipment and Turnkey systems are synonymous with quality, performance and reliability. Maintaining the product names of KEK, GARDNER and MUCON combined with the key expertise and knowledge of the workforce, will ensure that the fundamental essence of the Kemutec brand will be retained and developed.
