Goudsmit Magnetic Systems of Waalre is known for its magnets and magnet systems but it also has included a series of metal detectors in its delivery program. A brochure has recently appeared on them.
A combination of magnets and metal detectors guarantees a metal-free end product. Magnets attract very fine iron particles (from 30 microns and upwards) and also stainless steel scrapings. A metal detector offers a solution for non-magnetic particles. In the brochure "Metal Detectors, See the Unseen", the company provides an overview of various applications and methods of transport in which metal detectors can be used. The model is modified according to the industry and metal detectors can be supplied for belt and freefall transports and for transport under pressure. The brochure is available in Dutch, German, French and English.
