Although there are a number of reputable screen manufacturers in New Zealand I was wondering if anyone knew of any other known screen manufacturers or suppliers that operate within the Australasian area.
Vibrating screen needs to be able to cope with the following
·The purpose is to remove foreign metal from the hydrated lime, meaning all of lime has to pass through the screen.
·Hydrated lime has the following particle size characteristics
(99.95 % - 1.00 mm, 80.00 % + 0.15 mm)
·Hydrated lime is of density 30lbs/cuft (500 kg/m3)
·Approximately 20 tonnes per hour of material being fed
·Woven wire cloth, with area and size of screen is to suit the quantity of the hydrated lime
·Single deck
·Electric powered, 3 phase / 50 Hz
·Mass of unit to be determined from supplier
·Ideally the unit is to be mounted on air springs.
