The type of equipment and system depends upon the conveying capacity (rate mtph) and storage capacity. I suggest you to indicate these parameters to enable some one to comment about your likely system. Also indicate the characteristics of fly ash.

United Conveyor Corporation (UCC) is one of the world's leaders in the design and supply of fly ash handling and storage systems. UCC pneumatic conveying systems for dry fly ash can be as long as 2400 m (8000 ft) and can offer capacities of as much as 180 MTPH (200 US TPH). Greater lengths and capacities may also be possible, depending on the material characteristics of the ash and the routing of the conveying system.

We would be pleased to review your system requirements and to advise which of our technologies would best fit your needs. If you would, please advise me of your location by return electronic mail. Our local representative for your area will then contact you.

Dear Sir,

In response to your recent inquiry, we would offer the use of our TEMCOR Aluminum Domes for covered bulk storage applications.

The Aluminum Dome is an efficient clear-span structure that offers many advantages over conventional types of construction. In comparison to steel or concrete roof systems, it is typically cost competitive and can be built in the least amount of time. Foundation requirements and other structural costs are also minimized due to the dome's lightweight all-aluminum construction.

As added benefits, the maintenance-free Aluminum Dome does not require any paint or protective coatings and its aluminum exterior never needs reroofing. The structures are custom designed to meet your exact size requirements and they can be engineered to support any live loads or distributed equipment loads.

TEMCOR has supplied over 5000 domes for projects worldwide and is the industry's leading designer and builder of clear-span aluminum structures. We appreciate your interest and hope that we can be of service to you in connection with any projects for which the advantages of our Aluminum Domes might be considered.

Please check out our online brochure of completed Fly Ash Concrete Domes at: http://www.dometech.com/assets/collages/flyash.pdf

The versatility of Dome Storage is demonstrated in the different shapes of the dome and the different reclaim methods that can be used to meet your bulk storage requirements. Whether it is a tall Dome-Silo, a Low Profile flat storage Dome, a hemisphere shaped Dome, or any shape in between, Dome Technology can adapt the structure to fit your needs. Concrete domes are very flexible in both the filling and the reclaim of the stored material. Because of the Domes inherent strength, it can support an in loading conveyor system on top of it. Without internal supports this allows the material to fill the dome through one or more openings in the top of the Dome. The material is then reclaimed using Mechanical Screws, Fluidized Floor, Gravity Reclaim or a Front End Loader. Dome Technology has an innovative system to build the tunnels used in the reclaiming or bulk materials allowing the tunnel to be built safely in a rapid and economical manner.

Please visit us at http://www.dometech.com for more info on Dome Technology and the solution we can provide.
