The type of equipment and system depends upon the conveying capacity (rate mtph) and storage capacity. I suggest you to indicate these parameters to enable some one to comment about your likely system. Also indicate the characteristics of fly ash.

United Conveyor Corporation (UCC) is one of the world's leaders in the design and supply of fly ash handling and storage systems. UCC pneumatic conveying systems for dry fly ash can be as long as 2400 m (8000 ft) and can offer capacities of as much as 180 MTPH (200 US TPH). Greater lengths and capacities may also be possible, depending on the material characteristics of the ash and the routing of the conveying system.

I would like to inform you that our company has many experiences with dry fly-ash handling equipments. We developped an unique pmeumatic conveying system using a flow-feeder. It is siutable especialy for fly-ash pneumatic conveying from silos or from bag filter or EP hopers.
