We, the KSE Group in the Netherlands, are supplier of machines and solutions of powder handling and turnkey projectpartner. You can obtain more information at www.kse.nl

We do have a lot of know-how in respect to handling, storing, dosing, transporting, etc. of powders and granulates. I could be of help for you on advising on a special pneumatical conveying system, puls-phase transport, using sending vessels at 2-3 bar working pressure. The sendingvessel can be made movable and because of the nature of the transport under circumstances it might be possible to apply tubing instead of piping.

For discharging fly ash we also have different possibilities (slides, screws, circle feeder), depending on the process spesifics and material behavior. If you are interested in what we have to offer, please inform me with details: jjan@kse.nl

If you give me a postal adress i could also send you more information.

Kind regards,

Joost Jansma

Ash Transport

I suggest to you don’t do that with air, look for a mechanical device (screw), because when you put air into the ash its become difficult to handle, and when you use air you need a dedusting system, the air systems are expensive because you need produce pressured air with a compressor or a vacuum pump.

Best regards

Guillermo

It is feasible to use a portable vacuum conveying system, it is also possible to use a mobile Floveyor for the application. You would need to provide your required transfer rate and useage rate per hour.

GPM (Australia) Pty. Ltd.can provide you with this and other equipment and you are invited to view our web site at www.gpmaustralia.com.au

Daryl, transfer of fly ash can easily be done by vibrating floor. Do take a look at silexport.com, and send us details at silexport@wanadoo.fr. We will reply promptly.
