We had sorted out the problem - how to store a dusty,

sticky material in a silo of 150-200 tones capacity.

We manufactured a internal cylinder from a conveyor belt

(B=1500,EP 630,4 plies) and put the cylinder in such way

that the uniform gap between the steel and rubber

cylinders was about 50 mm.

The bin activator should be rubber covered.

The silo has been operated since 1995 - no problem

and maintenance-free.
