We Have Storage And Rail
Well it's over a year after your post, but my family owns a large, 432,000 bushel (60lbs to a bushel for wheat) concrete grain elevator in Western Oregon with rail access. We don't use it for grain and are looking for new storage uses.
It's on 10 acres of industrial land, so a plant could be located there as well, or you could use it just for storage. We have a 100,000 lb truck scale, and a load-out hopper scale for rail cars.
If you still need it, we would be happy to talk about providing storage for your needs at very fair rates. We have four large round tanks and 9 smaller bins. We are located at Rickreall, Oregon, zip is 97371. We are on highway 99W and about 20 minutes from Interstate 5. This facility could serve the entire west coast as it is centrally located, depending on your needs.
